RJD leader and Bihar Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Wednesday accused Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of weakening the jurisdiction of the other two Election Commissioners and alleged that the elections in Bihar and West Bengal were conducted “fraudulently” at the behest of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
Tejashwi Yadav launched a major attack on the SIR process in Bihar, leveling serious allegations against CEC Gyanesh Kumar and the Election Commission.
