Affordable Senior Housing Proposed by Denver Church - Mile High CRE

Our Savior’s Lutheran Church recently submitted a concept plan to the city proposing the construction of a new 4-story, 58-unit, senior affordable housing project at 915 E. 9th Ave. in Denver. The project will require public funding.
