Advisory group recommends closure of Arbour Hill prison

COUNTY DUBLIN, IRELAND, JUL 6 – The advisory group cites overcrowding and protected building status limiting development at Arbour Hill, with prisons operating 12% above capacity and assaults rising 31%, officials said.
