WINONA, Minn. — Convicted murderer Adam Fravel's parental rights to his two children have been terminated, according to Winona County court records. Fravel was found guilty last year of murdering the children's mother Madeline Kingsbury in 2023 and sentenced to life in prison without the chance of release. He is now attempting to appeal his case.
