Accident shuts down ramp from US 250 to I-70 near Wheeling Tunnel

Wheeling, W.Va. - The ramp from U.S. 250 northbound to I-70 westbound is closed right now as Wheeling Police are responding to a single-vehicle accident on entrance 1B near the Wheeling Tunnel. Officials on scene say that one person was ejected from the vehicle, and one person became trapped and needed to be extricated.
