Abandoned solar and outbreak of infection

I am resident in Torrevieja, on Juan Aparicio’s walk. In front of my house there is an abandoned site where almost two years ago the restaurant El Faro was. When the restaurant was closed it was disassembled and fenced but today some of the fences have fallen and every night they come homeless to sleep, make their needs and leave debris.
