Aarschot Mayor Gwendolyn Rutten Appointed Grand Officer in the Order of Leopold

Mayor of Aarschot Gwendolyn Rutten has been appointed Grand Officer in the Order of Leopold. The honorary decorations were presented today in the Flemish Parliament. "If you receive such recognition for your years of dedication, then that is very nice," she says. "I am therefore particularly proud of this moral recognition."
