A Treatment Doubles Survival in a Type of Colorectal Cancer with a Very Poor Prognosis

The results of the study show that the median overall survival was 30.3 months in colorectal cancer patients treated with the first-line experimental combination versus 15.1 months in patients receiving the standard treatment. The risk of death was also halved in patients treated with the new combination.
