"A Scam": Alain Madelin Categorically Rejects Social VAT

While the Medef supports the idea of setting up a social VAT which would improve the results of companies and that François Bayrou has not closed the door to such an idea, the former Minister of the Economy, Alain Madelin, referred to this measure as "a scam for years".
