A satirical video made by a comedian is shared as visuals of the sanitary pads distributed by the Congress party in Bihar

A video (here and here) and its screengrab (here and here) have gone viral on social media, claiming that the Congress party distributed sanitary pads with Rahul Gandhi’s photo printed directly on the pad itself as part of their campaign in Bihar. The video shows a man unwrapping a pad and revealing the Congress leader’s face on it. We will fact-check this claim through this article.
