During the week, he holds a mouse in his hands and watches a monitor, and on weekends he drives forty-ton colossuses worth tens of millions of crowns. "I wanted to get out of the complete home office away from the computer and into the people," explains programmer Dominik Doubek, explaining why he regularly puts on the uniform of the Brno transport company and sits in the cab of a tram or bus.
