A new retail center is planned for Juban Road

A new retail center is in the works for Juban Road in Denham Springs. Juban Retail Partners LLC purchased a 2.12-acre tract along Juban Road north of Juban Crossing from T.A.D. Juban Road LLC for $1.39 million, according to a deal filed last week with the Livingston Parish Clerk of Court’s office. Doug Ferris of RE/MAX brokered the deal for the seller.
