The Madrid Court of Inquiry No. 6 has issued an indictment against José Hernán A., one of the members of the Madrid duo of Tiktokers known as the Petazetaz, for the alleged rape of a young woman at her house in Vallecas in May 2023. According to the court document, to which EFE has had access, the defendant allegedly supplied alcohol and drugs to the victim before sexually assaulting her on two occasions.
