He committed the attacks between 2011 and 2021, while teaching classes. The Gipuzkoa Territorial Court sentenced him to between four years and one month and twelve years in prison for each crime of sexual abuse. In addition, the 40-year-old man must pay between 3,000 and 30,000 euros to each minor.
