A few minor crashes causing major traffic jam on I-69

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- A few minor crashes, as well as flooding, are causing a major traffic jam on I-69. Both north and southbound sides of I-69 near Illinois Road and the Goshen Road, or exit 309, are causing traffic to be backed up for a few miles in either direction. It is especially dense on the northbound side. Dispatch did not share any details on the conditions of the crashes.
