Police in Leskovac have arrested A.S. from the area around that city on suspicion of causing a traffic accident in which one person died while drunk, it was announced today.
The driver of the van responsible for the fatal accident is in custody after his arrest at the scene of the tragedy.
Leskovac police arrested A. S. (24) from the area around that city, suspected of causing a traffic accident under the influence of alcohol in which one person was killed.
The inspection, which is still ongoing, was attended by an investigating judge and a district attorney. The road is closed until the inspection is completed, and a detour has been arranged.
