- Drivers and national teams are no longer required to sign a commitment to neutrality, and the display of Russian and Belarusian national symbols, colours, flags, and anthems is now permitted.
- Clubs, Associations, and Federations are reminded of their obligation under Article 5.3 of the FIA Statutes to enforce this decision, with non-compliance potentially triggering penalties under Article 12.2 of the International Sporting Code.
- Although restrictions on athletes were eased, the FIA maintains a ban on international competitions in Russia and Belarus until further notice, while the FIM continues enforcing its own existing restrictions.
