The Libeň Bridge can only be repaired according to the original plan, the Office for the Protection of Public Safety has decided. The new changes cannot be used by TSK.
The Prague Technical Administration of Communications (TSK) can continue the reconstruction of the Libeň Bridge only to the extent of the work that corresponds to the originally competitive form of the project, and not to the later revised study including the replacement of the bridge over the Vltava River. This follows from the decision of the Antimonopoly Office (ÚOHS). TSK can file an appeal against it within 15 days.
