Jawad Muhammad Abu Madiam, 4, from Rahat, was pulled from the water unconscious near Delilah Beach in Ashkelon. MDA teams evacuated him to Barzilai Hospital in critical condition while resuscitation efforts were carried out. He was later pronounced dead.
