A 102-kilometer railway line will be built from Bagahangai district to Hunnu city.

As part of the 24 mega projects for the development of Ulaanbaatar, a branch railway line from Bagakhangai to Xunnu will be built. The railway will last a total of 102 km. The State Railway of Mongolia will invest 850 million US dollars in the construction of the railway. The railway will have a carrying capacity of 25 tons, 2.5 km of bridges, and 115 drainage pipes.
