99 Naha city employees say they have experienced harassment from city council members in survey aimed at establishing prevention ordinance; Chairman "shocked"

On the 27th, the Naha City Council revealed the results of a survey conducted in preparation for the enactment of an anti-harassment ordinance in June, showing that 99 city employees said they had been harassed by city council members. Another 197 employees said they had witnessed the harassment. In a question asking which council members had committed the harassment, 17 of the 40 city council members were named.
