LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Police activity near Boulder City closed a freeway off-ramp Saturday afternoon, according to RTC Southern Nevada. The southbound I-11 to U.S. 93/ Boulder City Parkway exit was closed around 3:30 p.m. as Henderson police and Nevada State police were on scene, according to RTC.
