EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — There are dozens of stores that make up Rhode Island's past. Those stores included the Outlet Company, Shepard's, Almacs, Bradlees, Ann and Hope, Apex, Benny's and Christmas Tree Shops, among others.
