Rhode Island State Fire Marshal Timothy McLaughlin joined 12 News at 4 Monday to share more details on how to stay safe during the holiday. "In Rhode Island, the only thing that's legal are the ground fireworks," McLaughlin explained. "It can't go any higher than three feet high."
