SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The Hispanic Heritage Museum and Cultural Center are set to host their 6th Annual Dia De Los Muertos Festival in San Angelo. According to a press release from the Hispanic Heritage Museum and Cultural Center, the celebration is happening on Nov. 1st, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Bart DeWitt Park, located at 325 S Oakes St, along the scenic Concho River.
