Hollyburn Properties has submitted plans for a 69-storey purpose-built rental tower at 48 Isabella Street, designed by Kirkor Architects. The proposal includes 814 rental units, 84 rental replacements, and no car parking, within walking distance of four subway stations in Downtown Toronto.
