NUSEIRAT REFUGEE CAMP, GAZA STRIP, JUL 13 – A missile targeting an Islamic Jihad militant malfunctioned, killing six children and injuring 17 at a Gaza water point, amid ongoing hostilities and critical fuel shortages, officials said.
