RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A 54-year-old man has died after police said he was hit by a vehicle on Hull Street Road in Richmond on Monday. Fifty-four-year-old Rogelio Garcia of Richmond was identified as the victim of a crash that took place on Monday, May 26.
