40% of 024 Calls Reflect Medium-High Suicide Risk with Frequent Ideation and High Emotional Distress
The Ministry of Health has published the 2025 Annual Report of Line 024 for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025, which contains the main activity data of the service for the care of suicidal behaviour. During this period, Line 024 has carried out a total of 204,449 services, of which 162,184 were carried out through telephone calls and 42,265 through the online chat channel.
