4 hurt, critical injuries reported in Horry Co. wreck

HORRY COUNTY, S.C.(WBTW) -- Four people were hurt including at least one in critical condition following a Saturday afternoon wreck outside Conway. Horry County Fire Rescue crews were sent to the area of Highway 378 and Pitts Landing Road just before 5 p.m., the agency said in a Facebook post.
