36-year-old extradited to Manhattan in kidnapping case
A California man was arrested Wednesday morning by the Riley County Police Department after being extradited from California. Ivan Krdzic, 36, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. for two counts of aggravated kidnapping and criminal threat causing terror, evacuation or disruption.
