Candidates from 23 countries took the Oath of Allegiance at the Strand Theatre in downtown Shreveport, officially becoming naturalized U.S. citizens.

Thirty-four soon-to-be American citizens from 23 different countries will take the Oath of Allegiance at the 2026 Naturalization Celebration at the Strand Theatre, with a special performance by The Victory Belles and guest speakers.
