A driver involved in a double fatal car crash that happened in Brockton last November is facing charges including motor vehicle homicide, the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday.Brockton resident Mario Hernandez, 32, has been charged in connection with the deaths of 26-year-old Shane Spillane and 24-year-old Justin Pratt, the district attorney’s office said in a press release.
