WHITESTOWN — Three juveniles were charged with stealing a vehicle from the Whitestown Plaza parking lot during overnight hours on Aug. 3, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol. The stolen vehicle, which bore the names of Whitesboro businesses, was located by patrol deputies behind a business in the Town of Vienna on the same morning.
