BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Three teenagers, a 14-year-old and two 16-year-olds, were arrested and charged with third-degree grand larceny after a vehicle was allegedly stolen last month, according to Dunkirk police. Police said the vehicle was stolen from the 700 block of Deer Street in Dunkirk around midnight on May 25.
