The missile hit a residential building in the coastal city, causing significant structural damage and impacting surrounding areas. The injured were taken to hospitals for treatment, while paramedics pronounced a woman dead at the scene after her apartment was struck.
Marina Bleive, 68, of Tel Aviv, was pronounced dead on her way to the shelter. Her daughter recounts the moments before as they walked together to the shelter: "I saw her stop, she yelled at me not to wait for her. She may have already been in the midst of a seizure at that time."
