Among the main ones mentioned is also Zúñiga, then head of the Army, the former commanders of the Navy, Juan Arnez, and of the Air Force, Marcelo Zegarra, as well as Fernando Hamdan, president of a human rights commission in Bolivia, considered by the Government as co-organizer of the coup.
