Phillip Island wasn't a difficult Friday for the Ducati driver, but he tries to look at the half full glass and at the fact that he was at least able to take off the Q2 pass immediately. Things are better than Mandalika, but it's still far from the magical feeling that allowed him to win at Motegi.
