2 hospitalized after being shot inside IHOP in Cutler Bay, deputies say

Two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition after they were shot inside an IHOP in Cutler Bay early Sunday morning, deputies said. According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, at around 3:56 a.m., deputies arrived in the area of 18860 S. Dixie Highway after receiving reports of a shooting.
