PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A 2-alarm fire caused all trains near the Rose Quarter to stop while firefighters doused the blaze at the former grain silos, officials with Portland Fire & Rescue said. The fire was spotted around 7:45 p.m. Saturday at 900 North Thunderbird Way. The trains were stopped so fire crews could cross the tracks with the hose lines.
