A 14-year-old boy from Harrisburg drove the wrong way in traffic and blew through a stop sign on Tuesday while officers chased him in Lancaster County, police said.Mount Joy police said the boy took the car without the owner’s permission before borough officers, responding to a report of a reckless driver, encountered him.
