Borongan City Kicks Off PHP118 Million People’s Survival Fund Project

The city government of Borongan in Eastern Samar has started the flood control project using the PHP118 million People’s Survival Fund (PSF) approved over a year ago. The King County Flood Control District has announced the availability of at least $13 million in grant funding through the Steve Bleifuhs Memorial Flood Reduction Grant Program for projects that reduce the impact of flooding.
