100 Years Ago – April 30, 1925

On the night of April 30 to May 1, 1925, a train from Königsberg to Berlin derailed on the railway line between Tczew and Starogard Gdański. 68 people were injured and 29 died in the tragedy. The police investigation showed that it was an attack - someone had unscrewed the rails.
