AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- The results are in from the Friday night OVI checkpoint in Austintown. The Mahoning County OVI Task Force set up a checkpoint from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. at 483 N. Canfield-Niles Road in Austintown on Friday night into early Saturday morning. Wapakoneta (6-23-25) — The results revealed 482 vehicles were checked driving through the OVI checkpoint conducted by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office, Saint Mary’s Police Department, with assistance from the Ohio Department of Transportation on Friday, June 20, 2025.
