Judy was born on December 29, 1953, in Okemah, Oklahoma to Cody and Geraldine (Johnson) Jeter. She passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 71. Judy was a lifelong resident of Okemah and was a hair stylist for 40 years. She enjoyed traveling, going on cruises and spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed.
