FDA · United States(WJW) – Taco dinner kits sold at supermarkets in 27 states and Washington, D.C., are being recalled over a seasoning packet mix-up. The recall was initiated after Teasdale Foods, Inc. received consumer complaints that the seasoning packets included with the taco kits instead contained cocoa mix, according to a company announcement published by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
