Oban, Scotland · ObanRobert Bromell, known to everyone as Hogan, died in hospital after being struck by the emergency vehicle at Corran Esplanade on the A85 Oban to Connel road. The 39-year-old was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries and a catastrophic head injury before being placed on life support.
