Zurich Airport sees passenger numbers increase in April

In April 2025, 2,778,265 passengers flew over Zurich Airport, an increase of 6% compared to the same period last year.

Zurich Airport handled around 2.78 million passengers in April. According to the airport, this corresponds to a growth of six percent compared to the same period last year. The number of flight movements increased by two percent to around 22,300 take-offs and landings.

Airport operator Flughafen Zurich welcomed 2.78 million passengers to Kloten in April, a 6% increase year-on-year.

Passenger numbers at Zurich Airport again developed positively in April compared to the previous year. This means that the airport continues its growth momentum seamlessly after the already successful first quarter.
