Fashion designer Zoltán Herczeg received the prosecutor's appeal on his birthday, requesting an aggravation of the first-instance verdict of last October. According to the prosecutor's office, the sentence imposed so far is not deterrent enough, and is therefore proposing a prison sentence to be served.
