According to Žilinka, the head of the department has not eliminated fundamental violations of the law, which have the character of a chain of illegality and interfere with the rights of the parties to the proceedings.
Health Minister Kamil Šaško (Hlas-SD) did not comply with the protests of Prosecutor General Maroš Žilinka regarding the ambulance tender. Since the Minister of Health has not eliminated the fundamental violation of legality, Žilinka will file administrative lawsuits with the Administrative Court in Bratislava. The Prosecutor General announced this on social media. We will update the report.
